Pine Scotia Beading is designed to be used as a finishing bead to cover the expansion gap at the edge of the floor. It can also be widely used to cover small gaps around door frames, windows, etc. We have this item available in various sizes, however, this is by no means it sole use, it is use a vast range of other applications. We have this item available in a number of other sizes.

The Image you see may not be the actual size of the product you are buying this is to show the true thickness not the width. Here at North Kent Timber we are periodically changing all the images to our own but for the meantime we are using stock images from some of our suppliers.

Please be aware that timber is a natural product and is Hydroscopic meaning that it releases and takes in moisture through all stages of its life. this is normal and can affect the structure and look of the piece at any stage. Timber moves, bows and twists depending on the environment it is in and a few other factors. Here at North Kent Timber we are aware of this and try to keep it in the best environment for the product but sadly this still will happen.

Here at North Kent Timber our ethos is “if we wouldn’t be happy to receive it ourselves, it shouldn’t be dispatched to our customers”.
