Eased Edge, Regularised, C24 Structurally Graded Timber & Pressure Treated 47mm x 125mm / 5″ x 2″

Pressure treated, and kiln dried softwood carcassing. Strength graded to C24, making it perfect for construction projects.

In the trade this is know and sawn carcassing but over time this product has evolved  and now it is regularised to give an almost perfect smooth finish, at the same time removing the square edge of old leaving a small rounded edge in its place.

This all takes place before it is put into the treatment tanks, this process helps protect this wonderful piece of imported, slow grown timber against Insect, weather and fungal decay.

Please do not compare this to the C16 that is on offer at a slightly reduce rate as this is normally a “homegrown” product that is still a good piece of timber but lacks in the stability and strength of the C24.
