The Kestral Summer House is a alpine-style chalet and is available in a wide variety of sizes to suit your needs.  In addition, with the larger sizes, we can provide Georgian style windows and doors as an additional option.

Please note all sizes are nominal and the wider the building goes the height will then increase accordingly.  The standard door height is 68″ (1727mm)

Our Cladding:

Shiplap: 23mm before planing x 125mm

A superior timber which has been planed, pressure treated and moulded to a pattern which has a tongue at the top of each board and a rebate at the bottom.

Our georgian doors & windows are not pressure treated so it’s really important that you treat them once your building has been installed.

Price includes supply of a quality timber shed with materials direct from North Kent Timber and then built and installed by The Shed Factory. Built using the highest quality of timber available using 19mm pressure treated shiplap as external cladding and study framing made from 50x50mm Swedish whitewood.
